My favorite hobby is learning, and knowing that will explain a lot. Whether that is helping uncover a team's mission, vision and values, or designing an educational experience - curiosity will be a organizing principle - and I know how to create environments that foster the curiosity of others. My approach is "guide-on-the-side" vs. "sage on the stage," collaborative, and always research-based.

Hospitality is another priority. You cannot inspire growth and change until people feel welcome, seen, and comfortable. I work to create that warmth in every dinner I host, each meeting I facilitate, and every team environment I get to be a part of. Helping every team build that environment, learn that skill, then make those things part of your organizational culture is an honor, and a joy.
